TR Dry FurmintThis classic dry style Tokaji wine is produced every year from the Palota vineyard in Tallya. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, and aging in stainless steel on the lees and in used Hungarian oak barrels for 8 months. It's 80% Furmint and 20% Harslevelu. The nose is bright and lifted with green apple, pear, citrus blossom, and a touch of flint, with subtle herbal notes adding complexity. On the palate, its crisp and dry. Beautifully
