This ultimately goes back to the turbocharger inlet causing compressor surge and slowing the turbo down from spooling up again. The Agency Power blow off valve silicone hose has a port to attach a 1 inch diameter blow off valve too to help relieve pressure. The silicone hose is designed to not expand or collapse compared to stock rubber
