This cuvée is made from Grenache with 2 week cold carbonic maceration

Grapes: Grenache

A quaffer that shouldn’t be cellared but drank and shared early on

red clay (oxidized iron) and limestone soil

Barrel fermented and lees stirred

and no fining or filtering

But (for example) in Nuits where they haven’t had problems the prices have anyway gone up and up
